Business insurance services
Every company is legally obliged to carry public
liability insurance. Other types of insurance, which may also be
relevant to your business, are detailed below.
Employers liability insurance
This is an insurance which every business who
employs people is required to have by law. The only exception (relevant
particularly for start-up companies) is where the only employee is a
director of the company. As soon as an employee who is not also a
director is recruited, the insurance must be taken out.
Professional indemnity insurance
This protects you for sums you may have to pay as
compensation to your clients because of problems with your work. There
are different, tailor-made policies available for different types of
businesses, e.g. for accountants, various consultants, home inspectors,
estate agents, surveyors, architects, engineers, IT professionals,
marketing and media professionals, recruitment consultants, etc.
General office insurance
There are a number of different policies available, and
most of them include Employers and Public Liability.
If you are unsure about which insurance policies would
be suitable for your business, please contact us. We can recommend
reliable firms who can assist you with your requirements.
Payroll Services
Payroll processing
RosettaPro provides flexible and simple corporate payroll services that improve payroll management for employers of every size. This can include the preparation of payslips, dealing with the Inland Revenue, Year End Returns and any statutory requirements involving PAYE, National Insurance, Sick Pay and other employment legislation, if applicable.
After an initial setup, you simply need to advise us of any changes (in the case of a fixed salary) or hours worked (if paid hourly), and any other changes that may have occurred, either by email or fax.
Once we have processed the payroll we can then email the payroll summary documents and payslips directly to you. You are then able to print the documents on your own premises. Alternatively, we can fax the summary documents to you and then forward the summary documents and payslips by post.
Annual PAYE return (P35)
We can complete your Annual PAYE Return (P35) and P14's/P60's on your behalf at the end of the tax year. The P35 and P14's can be submitted online to the Inland Revenue.
RosettaPro’s payroll services allow you focus on building your core business in the UK while we take care of the rest.

Trade: Import & Export
The UK is a leading global economy and is the business centre of Europe. It is at the forefront of global research and development, with a highly skilled workforce and a robust economy. The UK’s open and agile business environment, limited regulation and favourable business conditions mean it has never been easier for foreign investors to establish a UK operation.
The UK import and export market is relatively simple
to understand. However, there are a number of procedures to follow and
regulations that must be fulfilled before you can start to trade. It is
also vital to find reliable suppliers, enforce sufficient quality
control and have good transport links as well as storage facilities.
We can guide you through the whole procedure from start to finish, and
supply professional information on areas such as customs, tariffs,
taxes, export and import limitations, ways to save money on various
payment methods, available transportation and delivery options and safe
methods of trading between China and the UK.
In addition, we can assist with some of the more tricky areas of
operating in the trading market. Negotiations can be tiresome and often
leave you with less than you desired but we can smooth over the process
so that you leave the negotiating table with exactly what you want.
Finally, another area of concern is choosing the right suppliers for
your products. We can also help you choose and get the best deal with
the right suppliers.
We offer the following trade advice services:
- Quality control and management
- Delivery control
- Import and export permit applications
- Inland transportation
- Sea/Air transportation
- All related import or export documents
- Customs clearance
- Quarantine inspection
- Corporate due diligence
